The entire process was seamless and James Barnett has been terrific. After completion, we had some areas of our garden where his crew couldn't get their huge magnet in to grab fallen nails, so they searched by hand on the ground to make sure my 2 dogs would not be hurt! WOW - no one asked for this kind gesture. Very professional, courteous crew, and gorgeous results. Love my new roof!

One of the best experiences I've ever had with any contractor. Very competitive pricing! James and his crew are fantastic! Old roof off, new roof on in one day and no cutting on quality. He uses the best quality ridge vents instead of the cheaper rolled ones. I opted for the hi-impact shingles and the extra cost was nominal and well worth it. The clean-up was so good, with no damage to my plants around the perimeter of the house, that I looked hard for any nails or debris from the install and I found only one nail and it was next to the trash can, lol. It was if Santa dropped a new roof on our house. You wouldn't have even known anything had happened unless you were there. James Barnett knows all the ins and outs of working with the insurance cos. and the village POA permit requirements. It's all included. Once you meet James you will take an instant liking to him and know you are in good hands.

Mr. Barnett (James) is my kind of gentlemen. He does what he says, and does it when he says he's going to do it. That's rare with contractors now days. Also, he was very fair with his pricing.
